Even after the election result, Nitish Kumar admitted that caste was a factor but he also believed that the work would give recognition to the people, which proved to be the result. According to Nitish, importance is of work only. According to them, those who try to divide the society, the others failed. The public has supported the working community. Those who were trying to analyze the caste, they are now understanding. 

8. The phase of caste based politics is now over. This is the most pleasant thing for Nitish Kumar, because of his limited vote bank he had raised questions till now. 

9. With the result of this election, Nitish Kumar will also be happy that next year he will not have any political challenge from the RJD-Congress alliance in the assembly elections. Anyway, the difference of votes is more than twenty percent, which needs political miracles to reverse.
